W24 was a heavy, well-balanced week — presales ran end-to-end (dextech prep→call→migration video, Basata call 5 + promote-metric answer, PBI ×2, Bicycle Transit) AND the IC/harness lane got real hours (self-taught-design + self-taught-AMQL
/teachsites, ponytail + copywriting skills, RFC-0005 committed). DAT-524 short-term live (−4 phantom churn, −$2,421 fake MRR). The only durable miss is the writing/decision layer: DAT-576 raised verbally in the 1-on-1 but no written Linear ask (no Linear touch since May 7), and the DAT-524 long-term doc slipped. Deal: Wamly lost to BoldBI (shareable-link drill-down gap). W25’s job: close the writing debt with cheap 15-min actions (DAT-576, Wamly loss note), force H1/CV (7-week slip), and keep the harness momentum — it’s no longer the weak lane. - Lane intentionality — RESOLVED for now. W24 proved the hybrid: heavy presales AND real IC/harness output (teach sites, skills, RFC-0005) in one week. The lane isn’t drifting; keep the same balance and don’t manufacture a false “must rebalance.”
- Schedule-instead-of-prioritize — DAT-576 is correctly NOT an implementation item; it’s a decision-capture item. Keep it that way.
