Plan for week W24 (June 8 – June 14, 2026)

W23 closed presales-heavy again: PBI migration shipped end-to-end (video + 2 docs + announcement), 3 customer touches (Bicycle Transit, Basata, Prusa), 5 small ships (2 merged PRs). Internal stayed near-zero — DAT-576 hit its 8th week with literally no journal mention. Spark roadmap cleared Mon Jun 8 (DONE, 4-week slip closed on day 1). H1 reflection still slipping (now 6w). W24’s one job: stop the silent re-baseline. DAT-576 becomes a WRITTEN upward prioritization ask (not a Mon slot); H1/CV gets a forcing-function decision (lock or demote).     • Sales-led customer touches → my action only when booked — PI / EF / Wamly / Bicycle Transit / Basata stay in Monitor. Don’t manufacture parallel work.
    • Friday ship-the-small-thing batch — Fri = retro + auto-export PNG feedback + RFC-0005 slice + Wamly backlog move.
    • Lane intentionality — 3rd presales-heavy week. Decide consciously: lean in (clearly valued) or rebalance toward IC/data-platform. The agentic-semantic-layer POV note is the cheapest strategic-visibility lever.
