- [[Personal]] I am moving house today. To a new better house.
- It is a small studio room, enough for 3 people.
- Main reason: to a better work view. It has a balcony and a big window, suitable to work from home because cool + sunlight.
- I like it.
- The price is I have to pay more rental fee (x2, pay for my younger brother).
- The room is 6M VND/month. I pay roughly >5M VND (covered living fees).

- Compare to last place, it feels much better in term of mental health.
- I have calculated affordability cost in [[Personal Finance Manager App]] last 2 weeks. It is temporarily good at my current salary.
- And I will need to adjust other expenses to live well: reduce cafe cost, eating at home more, no expensive game skins.
- I guess I’m good for now.
- Also, this place is near my girlfriend’s room (just some steps). It will be convenient for many things.
